Earthside Herbals is an invitation to slow down, soften, and be deeply nourished.Through herbs, food, and Ayurvedic wisdom, I support women in returning to themselves during life’s most tender seasons.

Hi I’m Madison, I currently call San Francisco home, and I’m an Ayurvedic Postpartum Doula and Herbalist. Earthside Herbals is my heart’s mission. Dedicated to empowering women to embody their highest selves through the healing power of herbs, nourishing foods, mindfulness, and deep connection to the mind, body, and soul.

This work is the culmination of my deepest passions and lived experience. It has been a long, beautiful journey to arrive here, and it is truly an honor to call this my work.

My ancestral roots spent lots of time in the kitchen, cooking recipes for family and loved ones and passing them down to generations. Through food, ritual, and spirituality, I deeply reconnected with myself and my soul’s purpose. Years of practice, cooking, blending, sipping, and nourishing myself back to wholeness led me here. I truly believe this path prepared me to hold and support others.

The kitchen is where I find my creative bliss. It’s where I weave the ancient wisdom of herbalism and Ayurveda with modern learnings to nourish and support women through their most tender and transformative seasons, especially the sacred postpartum window.

I have always known I wanted to bridge ancient wisdom with modern life. To offer Ayurveda and herbalism in a way that feels approachable, grounding, and deeply supportive. A way to return to self and to earth wisdom.

It is my greatest honor to share the tools I’ve learned with my clients, so they too can feel nourished, supported, and empowered to live authentically — rooted in their bodies, their intuition, and their innate wisdom. Whether we work together during the postpartum window, another season of life, or through community gatherings, I hope you feel the love, care, and intention that live at the heart of Earthside Herbals.
